1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mukha PH (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Mukha PH provides AI-powered portrait generation services where users can upload their photos to create stylized digital artwork.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Mukha PH, you agree that:

  • You own the photo you upload, OR
  • You have explicit permission from the person in the photo

The content does not violate any law, including:

  • Copyright
  • Privacy rights
  • Intellectual property rights

You must NOT upload:

  • Photos of other people without consent
  • Celebrity or public figure images without rights
  • Offensive, illegal, or harmful content

Important: You are fully responsible for the content you upload.

4. Use of Uploaded Photos

We respect user ownership.

  • Uploaded photos are used ONLY for generating AI artwork
  • We do NOT sell or distribute raw uploaded photos
  • We do NOT use photos for AI training outside Mukha PH services
  • We do NOT claim ownership of your original photos

5. Generated Artwork

The AI-generated portrait is considered a transformed output.

Users are granted rights to:

  • Download
  • Share
  • Print
  • Use for personal or commercial purposes

However:

Mukha PH retains the right to display generated artwork for marketing, unless the user requests removal.

6. Creator & Referral Rewards

Mukha PH may provide earning opportunities through:

  • Creator rewards
  • Referral systems (e.g., QR sharing)

Rules:

  • Rewards are only valid for legitimate transactions
  • Fraud, self-referrals abuse, or manipulation may result in:
    • Account suspension
    • Loss of earnings

Mukha PH reserves the right to review and validate all transactions.

7. Payments & Purchases

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, except for system errors
  • Users must ensure correct uploads before purchase
  • Pricing may change without prior notice

8. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these terms
  • Abuse the system
  • Engage in fraud or illegal activity

9. Limitation of Liability

Mukha PH is not liable for:

  • User-uploaded content
  • Misuse of generated images
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated terms.
